I am Seeking a Computer Headset - USB port, Apple and Skype Compatible

Anyone have a used USB port (ONLY), APPLE•Mac and SKYPE compatible (ALL a MUST) headset, in great working condition (in Escazu/Santa Ana area or coming to it soon), that they'd sell me for a GREAT cheap price (free is openly received also!)????

I've been seeking such an item for some time and all I can find are non-Mac/Skype compatible or the ones with the "outties"/prongs or something that's $40+++!!
