IMMEDIATELY HOUSE SITTING OPPORTUNITY
(or trade for services? Or very Inexpensive housing)
ULTIMATELY in the DOMINICAL area
(or in between San Isidro De General and Dominical).
They're a REALLY SWEET family that REALLY needs to get out of their current NOT Child-friendly environment (with a dog that bites children!!!) and can use some help!!! Ultimately at least 4-6 months but anything immediately for a month or 2 is better/safer than where they are now (fyi - I met Krista at a Women's Gathering in the area and she was one of the people I connected with the most!!)
Aurora (the 3 year old) had some of the BEST ENERGY of all the kids at this Women's Gathering!! She's DEFINITELY something SPECIAL!!!!

Responsible, respectful, loving family of 3 seeking house-sit or affordable rental opportunity in the Domincal area. My wife has done this work professionally earlier in her career, along with pet-sitting. We have a 3 year old daughter, so close to other families with similar aged children would be great! We owned our own home in USA for 6 years, and I have experience with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical etc. We are both Healing Arts practitioners, and I just landed a decent job in the Dominical area, so we would like to be close to that. Ideally, at least a 4-6 month opportunity, with strong possibility for longer if that's what you need. [:-)] We are very respectful of others, and their property, and we'd LOVE to help you take good care of your things while you are away. We moved to CR almost 6 weeks ago (to lead a more sane life!), and are ready to find a nice place to settle. We desire to live in or near a community that has access to convenient transportation with frequent buses running daily to San Isidro and the beach towns.
My husband, daughter, and I are quiet and social people, who enjoy gathering to play music, share communal meals and fires, and grow organic food. We are both body workers, so we bring along healing and creative perspectives to share.
A house sitting opportunity maybe the perfect option for us, as I ran a successful business in the states for eight years, and come with great references. In a house sitting situation we are open to covering utilities, while helping care for the property and possibly animals.
A rental could be a good fit for us, if it matches some of our criteria, and our limited budget, as we are just settling in.
