Does anyone know John Hurtkeith from Hyampom, CA? I found his Blue Heeler named Moon at the beach today w/ another Tico dog. I contacted the Avid service from the tag but his phone number is disconnected. The dog was registered as lost in Costa Rica in July. If anyone knows how to contact John Hurtkeith please let me know. Thanks
