WHO CAN OWN A GUN IN COSTA RICA?
FYI - ONLY persons with PERMANENT RESIDENCY can obtain a firearm license.
So that means Pensionados and Rentistas in Costa Rica
(NOTE: I'm not advocating the use of guns AT ALL!!! Personally, I've VERY ANTI-gun - but that's just me. I'm just warning non-residents - before they get in trouble)
can NOT have weapons legally.
