2012 – Is a time to discard the old ways and welcome a new culture of brotherhood and love.....
Venus goes direct in Gemini on June 27, it’s a time to be looking towards forward relationships rather than flirting with the past. It is also a time to enjoy the "spice of life". Plus with Mercury in Leo, it's a time for "childlike and innocence," especially in all forms of self expression coming from the heart. Just before the full moon on July 3, is an excellent time to complete any unfinished business or end unresolved relationships, or release anything which does not serve your higher good. Let 2012 be the year to release the past and welcome the New Culture.....
Jose Ivan Gonzalez, will be leading a traditional Mexican TEMAZCAL CEREMONY on Saturday - June 30.
This Temazcal ceremony is based on the ancient traditions of the central valleys of Mexico Tenochitlan, where nowadays Mexico City is located.
When the Spanish people arrived Mexico Tenochtitlan 500 years ago, all the sacred knowledge and the sacred traditions where hidden by the elders. All the rituals and ceremony where secret then, practiced in a forbidden way and transmitted in an oral way, from Grandparents to Parents to Grandchildren.
In the 1980s there was a gathering of the lineages of elders and the different native traditions of Mexico. They talk about the time that we are living, the end of an era and the ancient prophecies. These prophecies mentioned there will arrive a time where the native knowledge would be brought back to the light. They say the time has arrived.
Then the elders from the different native traditions start sharing this knowledge not only with their blood lineage but also with everyone who proved to be interested, respectful and persistent enough to learn.
Elena Ross will share the PanEuRhythmy (Universal Harmonious Movement) EARLY morning on both June 30th and July 1.

This may be their last ceremony in Costa Rica as Jose and his wife are heading to Columbia. They will be available to perform the Temazcal Ceremony along the way.

WHAT TO BRING:
Flashlight, bedding or camping gear if you have it, bug stuff, crystals or sacred objects for the alter; Drums or musical instruments and an open heart; water to drink before and after, 2 or 3 hours from the last meal (suggested to eat light along the day), a towel, a blanket for the after ceremony, and flowers and fruits and seeds (nuts, almonds, dried fruits, etc) to share. White clothes for the dance, if possible. In the lodge: men can wear short pants or swim suit; women a skirt or pareo.
SUGGESTED DONATION - There are 2 plans:
#1 - One night accommodations (shared a room or camping at Finca Amanecer based on availability when you register so register soon), light Vegetarian dinner Saturday, breakfast and light lunch on Sunday, the Temazcal, PanEuRhythmy and or Yoga EARLY Sunday morning and other activities = $50/25,000-c per person based on double occupancy (inquire for single)
#2 - Saturday Temazcal and light vegetarian dinner only = $20/10,000-c.
