Alba Molina is a Holistic Life Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) and she has been working as a Counselor and a Speaker, sharing positive messages based on a holistic balance - Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, and Mental (both hemispheres of the brain).
She's starting an on-going coaching group to discuss topics such as:

Additionally, ya'll will enjoy the therapeutic benefits of spontaneous music (feel free to bring an acoustic instrument or let your soul be expressed through your voice).
WHEN: English - the 1st and 3rd Wednesday - August 1 and 15 - 11am-2pm (it's actually just 2 hours but they're welcoming people to bring some food to share after)
These on-going meetings will be held every OTHER Wednesday:
ENGLISH - 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month - beginning August 1st and 15th.
ESPANOL: 2nd y 4th Wednesday of the month - Agosto 8 y 22.

Since this activity will take place at her home in the mountains above Santa Ana, space is limited; therefore, reservations are required.

GETTING THERE: Show your love for Mother Earth - carpool!!!
Escazu (or along the way) - we will have 1-2 people open to driving and everyone gets to contribute towards the ride/gas.
Coming through San Jose - if one is busing, you can take the blue Santa Ana-Calle Vieja bus (it leaves from INSIDE the Coca-Cola) to Escazu and one of those car poolers can pick you up.
