Yellow Lab found in Escazu near Bagelmans. Roxy is the name on the collar, male, he appears to be 3-4 years old.
If you're the owner, please bring some sort of proof the pet is yours - like some pictures with you together along with your ID (cedula or passport) - especially for the more pedigree/designer pets.
