Anyone out there know how Restraining Orders work in Costa Rica?
If someone has a restraining order - aren't they NOT allowed to come within _____ feet/meters from the other person?
How does that work with if they have to go to court the same time (or do they do it like they often do in the civilized U.S. where you can't be there at the same time)?
I wonder how it works with visitation time?
Please let me know as I know 2 people URGENTLY seeking this information plus I've had numerous readers inquire about this in the past.
