Rooms have either a King, Queen or Twins beds.  4 rooms have balconies.  All have private bathrooms and hot showers, air-conditioning, plasma tv, mini-fridge (honor bar), phone, WiFi throughout (including in rooms).  Laundry available (inquire for price). 

BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED (7-10am)
Tipico – Gallo pinto, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee.  

CLIENTELE:  Lots of European and American clients, Gay-Friendly. 

PARKING (7am-7pm):  FREE. 

AIRPORT TRANSFER:  
     Regular Airport Taxi - run around 2,500-3,000/$5-$6
                    (INSIST on them using the "Maria"/meter). 
     Airport Greet (where someone that speaks good English and Greets you with a sign with your name on it):  Price Pending
AIRPORT RETURN:   Red Taxi - around 2,500/$5

INTRODUCTORY RATES:  $65, $75, $85 + 13% tax for 1-2 people.

(NO standard Tico "Suicide Showers" here to potential electrocute you!!)
