My friend - a guy (with his sometime girlfriend & his cat - are seeking to sign a lease on a Small charming HOUSE or CABINA/COTTAGE (NO apartments!!) with 1-2 bedrooms (large bedrooms that can handle a king size bed and furniture) as close to their business as possible in Escazu (near Plaza Atlantis - but would even consider living up in San Antonio de Escazu for the right place).
MUST HAVES!!

HOUSE or CABINA or COTTAGE (NO apartments!!) (NO apartments) • Carport or garage (secure parking for 1 car) • QUIET • BRIGHT • within a few blocks of a bus stop • GOOD STRONG cell connection for ICE cell • UNfurnished • charming • hot water in shower (type of shower system not important).

Garden would be nice (with a little grass and fenced or walled in for the cat & maybe some nude sunbathing [hey - he's French!]) • View (ideally of the mountains) • Wooden house withOUT a mold problem.
Internet • cable tv • phone line.
He's a very nice, considerate, private person that does not spend much time home (ahhh the life of the self-employed).
Respond with LOTS of pictures (especially showing the important things), DETAILS & location (at least an idea where it is)
