Our presenter Dr. Paer says:
        It was 12 years in show Business that included singing and playing music in the sophisticated Eastside night clubs of New York, alternating with writing and performing in industrial shows for Eastman Kodak, Bulova Watch Company, New York State Liquor Distributors and many others, that wound up paying for a masters degree in clinical psychology from Xavier University of Cincinnati, Ohio; followed by a doctorate at U.S.I.U. in San Diego (the bachelors degree came from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania). After practicing clinical psychology almost 4 years in California, the pressures of single parenting 2 young children encouraged Dr. Paer Fairmont to move to Costa Rica.

        Now it is 37 years later. Dr. Paer Fairmont’s exploits on Costa Rican television throughout the past 30 some odd years have converted him into a well-known figure both in psychology and in entertainment. He has written seven books on psychological themes. The last 3 books represent the evolvement of 45 years in the practice and research in clinical psychology and related fields, beginning with "We’re Having Sex Right Now!" (2004); "The Lollypop Factor" (2011); and the first audio book produced in Costa Rica (2012) titled, "A Better Way".  The theme for this Forum comes out of the research done for "A Better Way".

        The controversy that these discoveries arouse in audiences testifies to its exciting substance. Nobody exposed to this material responds with indifference. These discoveries are new and promising. Yes, there is resistance to them which breaks down by virtue of getting involved in what Dr. Paer Fairmont believes is the entrée to REAL LOVE in our lives. Without such involvement, Dr. Paer Fairmont believes that there will never be REAL LOVE in our lives.
