2012 - Drivers License New Hours - till December 19, 2012
COSEVI (http://www.CSV.go.cr) in La Uruca office hours for DRIVERS LICENSE are now 8am-6pm - Monday through Friday and will remain as such until December 19, 2012 (hmmmm - I wonder if that means they will be closing down December 20 [or at least December 21 though good luck getting any work done that last day or 2 before the big holiday shut down!! Need to get a new license or renew it? Do NOT wait - otherwise you'll need to wait till January 6, 2013!!).
