GAS PRICES going DOWN in Costa Rica

SOME TIME next week (the week of December 24, 2012) gas prices will go down around Costa Rica:

Regular - down 22-colones a liter (about 4¢-US$)
Super  -  down 13-colones a liter (about 2.6¢)
Diesel  -  down 18-colones a liter (about 3.6¢)

Even Compressed Natural Gas (used in kitchens and for bbq’s), Kerosene, Aviation Fuels will drop (not sure how much)

Date is pending the 5 day Wait Period after it's printed in La Gaceta.


For those considering moving to Costa Rica, gas prices are regulated throughout the country - so no need to shop around
