I have LOTS more to share on this topic later but here's a WAKE UP CALL you NEED to pay attention to!!!  ALL the OTHER costs that OFTEN add to the fee.  THOUGH - this does NOT mention all the extra Insurances and taxes.  Trust me, chances are REALLY SLIM that the price you get quoted DOES TRULY include EVERYTHING!!!
