RESTAURANTS OPEN December 20-January 7 12

I'm JUST starting to compile this list of Restaurants and other businesses that will be open at least part of the time between December 20, 2012 and January 7, 2013 since MUCH of the Central Valley basically SHUTS DOWN - ESPECIALLY starting December 26!!!!  (they head for the beach!!)
