Where do you find more DEMOCRATS - more Liberal thinkers in Costa Rica?

I've had numerous people thinking of moving to Costa Rica ask me what areas seem to have more Democrats/liberal thinking expats.

Some of the main areas they seem to be looking at are - Grecia, Atenas and San Ramon.  Also, in the Central Valley.

Are there any people IN these areas that are open to possibly connecting with some of these like-minded folk?  Any that attend Democrats Abroad Costa Rica - DACR meetings sometimes/often - where people could show their love for Mother Earth/carpool?

I think if having these beliefs are important to you (or whatEVER ones beliefs are), it's IMPORTANT to also consider asking about areas WITH like-minded folk!!
