HOW LONG MUST ONE STAY OUT OF COSTA RICA IF THEY ARE 
KICKED OUT • DEPORTED FOR THE FOLLOWING?

 
Deportation is an act ordered by the Directorate General of Immigration through which a foreign person is taken out of the country. This is done when the alien:

a. Has entered the country clandestinely or without complying with the rules of entry and stay.
b. Has obtained entry and / or stay in the country through statements or presenting false documents or visas or altered.
c. Stay in the country, after the time allowed.
d. Has been invited to leave the country and not made ​​within the prescribed period

The alien who is deported may not re-enter the country for a period of
5 years
except as authorized by the Director General or the Department of Immigration.

DEPORTACION
La Deportación es un acto ordenado por la Dirección General de Migración mediante el cual una persona extranjera es puesta fuera del territorio nacional. Esta acción se realiza cuando la persona extranjera:

a. Haya ingresado clandestinamente al país o sin cumplir las normas de ingreso y permanencia.
b. Haya obtenido el ingreso y/o permanencia en el país por medio de declaraciones o la presentación de visas o documentos falsos o alterados.
c. Permanezca en el país, una vez vencido el plazo autorizado.
d. Haya sido invitado a abandonar el país y no lo realizó en el plazo dispuesto.

La persona extranjera que es deportada no podrá reingresar al país por un período de cinco años, salvo las excepciones autorizadas por el o la Directora General de la Dirección General de Migración.
