We are SOOOO BLESSED to get to live in or even Visit as a Tourist to Costa Rica and I feel we ALL have an OBLIGATION to GIVE BACK in whatEVER way we can - via our time, donations (things or cash), service - whatEVER!!
EXPATS LIVING IN COSTA RICA:
There are SOOO MANY Expats with too much time on their hands - make yourself useful and SHOW your appreciation!!! EVERYONE has SOMETHING they can share - be it a hobby, a skill - heck - even just a hug!!! Are you all anal-retentive about the English language?? Use that uptightness in a PRODUCTIVE way by helping kids or adults - or your neighbors learn English and do it for FREE!!!!
TOURISTS:

I just can NOT get certain message boards/forums or associations geared towards the Expat community that do not allow posts/make announcements to ENCOURAGE the expats to help the people of this country who have allowed them to live here.
