Adele and her husband's current landlord is needing to move back into her home around the beginning of March - so they need to find a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, UNfurnished house FAST!!

ULTIMATE LOCATION (in this order):  Ciudad Colon, Piedades, Santa Ana areas (or nearby) 

MUST HAVES:  Green space, quiet, safe, good closet space, HOT Water.  Internet access, phone, good ICE cell coverage, safe parking, fenced in (for 1 large dogs and 1 medium dog and 3 cats).

ULTIMATE DREAM:  A small Quinta and/or Stables nearby to house her love - her horse!

NOT'S:  NOT on main road please.  NOT in a condo or residencial development (no cookie-y cutter home).

BUDGET:  Ultimately around $800-ish - MAX - $1,000
