Finca Fruición, San Agustin, Costa Rica

Come join us for a heartful co-created sound healing event at Finca Fruición, led by professional sound healers Vyola Myst (www.vyolamyst.com) and Alana Bliss. You can learn how to do sound healing with your voice, singing bowls, tuning forks, and other sound healing instruments, receive soothing sounds from others, including the angelic voice and viola of Vyola Myst. The healing sound will be the carrier wave for our intentions to manifest what we want to create in our lives, as we connect with other realms of vibration for expansion of consciousness. We will also share song, yoga, movement, massage, energy work, and waterfall time.

Transportation:

Arrive by bus: Saturday 2pm - Bus leaves San Isidro to San Agustin, from the Transportes Blanco S.A. (Dominical) bus station; from there, it's a 15 minute walk to Finca Fruición. (Transportation may be arranged from bus stop, for those who are in need. Please contact us ahead of time.)
Departure by bus: Monday 6am - 15 minute walk, to catch the bus for a lovely ride back to town.

Accommodations: Bring your own bedding and tent; a few mattresses and bunk beds with mosquito netting are available upon request.

Food:
Saturday night Potluck, starting at 5 PM. (Donations requested from those who can not bring a dish.)
Sunday we will share fruit, rice, beans, veggies, and eggs. We request a 5-10 mil donation, or equivalent food contribution. We will cook and clean together.

Cost: This is a free event; though donations to Finca Fruición are graciously received.
