Raw Organic Cheese Making Workshop!
(raw organic = means the cows are cared for organically and that their milk has not yet been pasteurized or homogenized)

WHEN:
Sunday - November 10th at 9am till noon-ish
on an organic farm near Ciudad Colon

There will be a small workshop fee to cover materials and you get to take home "raw organic" cheese!!
(the price is still being decided but it will probably be under 5,000/$10!!!)

If you choose to eat cheese, this is the cheese you want to be eating!
You'll be surprised how easy it is too!
