ILLUMINATED PAPER SKY LANTERNS - Where to find them in Costa Rica

With New Years Eve today and sense fireworks are theoretically "illegal" in Costa Rica (to say nothing about what havoc it wreaks on pets), I pose the question, where does one in Costa Rica find some of those COOL Illuminated Paper Lanterns (aka Illuminated Globes, Sky Lanterns, Khom Loy Lanterns from the Loy Krathong Festival in Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Province, in Thailand, the Kongming Lantern or Fire Sky Chinese Lantern) you see them in some of those AMAZING light festivals in Asia

WHAT ARE THESE "ILLUMINATED PAPER LANTERNS"•"BALLOONS" ABOUT??
A sky lantern, also known by many of the names above, is a small hot air balloon made of paper, with an opening at the bottom where a small fire is suspended.  Heavily in Asia and elsewhere around the world, sky lanterns have been traditionally made for centuries, to be launched as part of festivities.

WHERE TO FIND ILLUMINATED PAPER SKY LANTERNS IN COSTA RICA?
My friend Alex Vasquez posted on his Facebook page that he found them in some of the Chinese shops in them in the "Barrio Chino" neighborhood (the Chinese area of Downtown San Jose/Costa Rica) BUT - he basically got the last of them in the stores he went to!!

He mentioned 2 other places you may be able to find them though they'll probably be more expensive:
