Costa Rica NEEDS to make SKI MASKS ILLEGAL!!

Costa Rica NEEDS to make SKI MASKS ILLEGAL for EVERYONE EXCEPT police!!  There is NO reason for ANYONE but police to have a ski mask in Costa Rica and they are ONLY used for ILLEGAL PURPOSES - ESPECIALLY Home Invasions and Crimes against people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone know a politician or journalist that would care enough about the people to propose this concept to - for the SAFETY of it's people??

Speaking of journalists, any journalists willing to work with the police to pull up some statistics on how OFTEN ski masks are used in crimes???

I'll bet if a politician took this cause on with HONESTY (WITH solutions - like BEFORE elected making a proposal for legislation) - it could help them!! 

To HELL with the criminals rights as they already seem to have PLENTY covering their ass to get away with ALL they do here!!
