Celebrating APRIL FOOL'S DAY in Costa Rica - or celebrating what Costa Rican's do on December 28 - Día de los Santos Inocentes

April 1st is known in many parts of the world as April Fool's Day - but - NOT in Costa Rica and Latin America in general.

Latin America celebrates a similar style prankster day - but on December 28 - known as the
Day of the Holy Innocents • Día de los Santos Inocentes
It started off as (and still is) a Christian religious celebration but evolved into the prankster side over time.
