MAILING•SHIPPING SMALL THINGS & DOCUMENTS TO the U.S.•Abroad from Costa Rica

A few months back I had to get a 1 page document notarized at the U.S. Embassy ($50 per PAGE and they are the ONLY ones LEGALLY authorized in Costa Rica to OFFICIALLY Notarize certain documents) and then I HAD to get it to California ASAP.  What I found

DHL wanted $75 for 2 day delivery

Federal Express wanted just $50 for 1 day deliver
(as LONG as you get it to one of their OFFICES BY NOON!!)

YIKES!!!!  Luckily I wasn't paying for it!!

In the mean time I found these other options that I'm sharing with you:

CHEAPEST AND FASTEST I'VE FOUND SO FAR
Aerocasillas

It's sent either via USPS Mail Service Priority Mail Envelope (so it looks like they send it back to the U.S. and then put it into the U.S. Priority system.
