So the latest WTH - starting NEXT YEAR (I don't have the date yet) - ALL cars entering Costa Rica MUST have Speedometers in

NOT

MPH•Miles Per Hour only

Per Consejo de Seguridad Vial (Cosevi) – the road safety council – who will publish the new manual for the Revisión Técnica Vehicular (RTV), the vehicle inspection.
