BEFORE YOU GO RUNNING ON A GOOSE CHASE TRYING TO FIND YOUR TIRE:
Speaking of Facebook, ESPECIALLY if your Spanish is limited, what I'D do it send them a PM-Private Message PLUS post the size I was looking for on their Facebook page.
I'd write it in English BUT ALSO - I'd Translate.Google.com it & put the Spanish part on top.
I'd CALL JUST as I was going to make sure they had your tires in stock THOUGH - you might want to give them a couple days notice if it's a chain as they may not have it at the one closets to you BUT - if they have any level of Customer Service - maybe you'll get lucky and they can transfer what you need to the store closest to you. Note this MAY be bit challenging to get them to do as they usually like to have them pre-paid so hopefully you can do that with some ease (in Costa Rica, most credit card transactions MUST be accompanied by a signature - hence why you can't often order on the phone, etc.)

TIRE CENTER (they have some of the BEST prices for TIRES plus they also do basic car maintenance with SmartLubes - like alignment, change oil, etc. NOTE they usually will not answer the phone or give you info so what I'D do is send them a message on their facebook page.

From the Autopista Prospero Fernandez heading West-bound, 200 meters oeste mano izquierda - from the toll on the left. Get off at the gas station & go all the way to the end & loop around under the Pista, pass Office Depot & it is on your right. If getting off the pista going East-bound - exit (Office Depot is right there) & veer straight & turn Right at the first street. If you hit CIMA Hospital - you have gone too far

I think this is a sort of limited "Auto Supply Store" - mainly selling TIRES (mainly made in China & some other Asian countries). They do NOT install them but there’s a place nearby that installs tires for 1,500-each), batteries & wheels.
I’ve had a few people say they were MUCH cheaper than PriceSmart, etc. (though PriceSmart’s tires are better quality)

ESCAZU (Centro) - 50 mts. West of the Post Office/back entrance of the municipality.
