After going a LONG time without a good authentic Mexican or Tex-Mex fix (after having lived in California and had a business in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for 12 years) it's GREAT that the South/Western Central Valley - Escazu/Santa Ana area now has a GENUINE Tex-Mex Take-Out food option even if it's just a few choices (easier to do it better right?!?!!)!!!

I had their meat enchiladas - MEGA YUMMMM!!!! 
And their rice is REAL Mexican rice like none I've found since I moved to Costa Rica!!!
