Dealing with the U.S. Embassy - GET NAMES & EMBASSY ID NUMBERS

When dealing with ANYONE at the U.S. Embassy in Costa Rica (or probably any other one) - make sure to
GET THE PERSONS NAME AND
EMBASSY ID NUMBER!!!


Otherwise - that long conversation you just had MAY get to be repeated over and over again till you get to the right person!!!
