is hosting a
Karma Bus to the Animal Rights Protest
WHEN: Sunday - May 20 - 8am-1pm
Be part of a historic event! ADOPCIONES GRECIA is running a bus to go to the HUGE demonstration on May 20th to strengthen the animal cruelty laws. We are leaving from the Municipal Building by the central park in Grecia.
Over 4,000 people participated in the last march and this should be even bigger. Adopciones Grecia sets up a booth near the termination area so if you don't want to march, you can hang out at the booth. You can leave early, if you want to, and return to Grecia via public bus.
LET THEM KNOW BY MAY 16 IF YOU PLAN TO TAKE THE BUS WITH THEM so they can get a head count. You can pay when you get on the bus on the 20th.
WHERE DOES THE MARCH GO
The march starts 10am from Parque Central de San Jose. The route is along Avenida 2, ending at Bulevar de la Asemblea.
Well-behaved pets are welcome at the march and on the bus.
COST FOR BUS RIDE: 2,000 colones.
