EVENT OVER

MARCH 7, 2012 - for periods between 8pm to 4am!!!!
Now that this work is complete - My visualization/message to the Universe today -
"The work ICE did on the cell system last night/this a.m. worked even BETTER than they envisioned!!! ALL of OUR cell phones & Kolbi Datacards work FABULOUS EVERY second of EVERY DAY!!!!"
I'm holding that vision for/with ALL of us that at any time has been effected by previous challenges!!!!
Anyone else care to join me putting that energy out there?!??!

Did YOU receive a DIRECT Notification about this from ICE?
Is your cell still working?? YEAHHH!!! Now, when they "announce" the water or electricity is going off (that is IF you get the announcement which I've NEVER received ANYTHING official regarding cell, water or electricity or internet shut-offs - just others [media/Daniel with Escazu) at a certain time, have they shut off AT that time? MY experience in nearly 7 years here has been NOT!! and are they off ALL that time? My experience is sometimes yes - sometimes no. What usually happens (which to me seem logical to avoid frying the system out) is they go area by area. We're in the land of the unknown. So just sit back and ENJOY the FULL MOON (though it's quite cloudy up in Escazu) and the evening and don't waste energy worrying about it!! How about visualizing waking up tomorrow to having the BEST cell (hence I think that effects the Kolbi Datacard as well!!!) connection you've EVER gotten!!!! I know that's what I'm going to do!!

NOTICE: The Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) advises that they will carry out tasks of optimizing the national telecommunications network (specifically cell phones is my understanding) throughout Costa Rica.
These works will commence today -
Wednesday - March 7 from 8pm until 4am - Thursday, March 8.
During this period, customers could perceive any partial or total involvement in their mobile services
(I think that translates to LOSS OF SERVICE),
which will vary depending on the location of each user for short periods. We appreciate your understanding.

WHAT WAS POSTED IN LA NACION THIS MORNING:
http://nacion.com/2012-03-07/ElPais/ICE---ajustara---redes-celulares-esta-noche-e---interrumpira-los-servicios.aspx
ICE set tonight cellular networks and disrupt services
San Jose (Editor). Cellular networks GSM and 3G ICE will be subject to adjustments tonight so the service will be interrupted for several minutes.
This was announced this afternoon, Elbert Duran, press spokesman of the
Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE), who added that the work will
last from 8pm until 4am tomorrow and will include the entire country.
Involvement will not be the same or during the same time to all customers.
"At this time there is less traffic so that the impact will be to fewer customers. Each user may see a service outage between five and 10 minutes," said Duran.
The official explained that the works seek an integration of mobile platforms with Advanced Internet.
The services will be affected incoming and outgoing calls on both
networks, text messaging, content, electronic prepaid top-ups and
banking.
They will also be interrupted communications to the networks of other private operators.
(YEAHHHHH!!! Now, let's see if it actually DOES improve [fingers crossed since my cell connection up in the hills of Escazu has SUCKED BIG TIME for the past 8 months - causing me to move and loose a job and a BUNCH of biz during the moving sales I was helping with!!!])
(PLEASE "Share" this news with EVERYONE you know that this might effect [including on your Facebook and Twitter])
