I (Vicki Skinner - aka "THE Sarong Goddess") created this blog in 2007 to share DETAILED Finds•Lists•Info•Events•Experiences to help bring more EASE to people living in, visiting or thinking of moving to Costa Rica since DETAILS are NOT easy to find!
I’m NOT an expert (an "expert" 2 ME knows 101%-NOT me). I believe in sharin info•helping where I can! And with over 2,200 entries, so some things might be out of date, so if you find old info PLEASE help each other by getting the updated info & sharing it with me to revise. At least you have some basic info to get you started.

Viernes • Friday  -  Septiembre • September 21, 2012  -  9am

El 21 a partir de las 9am tendremos una ceremonia dirigida por los huetares para celebrar el día internacional de la paz, bendecir y pedir permiso a la montaña para realizar allí el Fuego de la Unidad el Día Uno (21 de diciembre). Porque no habrá paz entre los pueblos si no firmamos la paz con la Tierra!

Tendremos fogata de celebración hasta las 10pm.

Tendremos como representante de los indígenas del sur al Taita Juan de Colombia.

En representación de los hopis tendremos a un grupo de amigos de Rainvow, los guerreros y guerreras del arcoiris, quienes ya salieron para acá por tierra desde Canadá y Brasil.

Se podrá dormir en tiendas de campaña o en las cabañas del campo Escuela del 20 al 23 de setiembre. Ver tarifas de entrada al parque y otros detalles en http://siemprelistos.com/propio/html/iztaru/tarifas.htm

Sábado y domingo taller opcional de yoga para el alma de la Tierra.

Donación sugerida $50 (la entrada se utilizará para traer a Costa Rica a Alvaro Tukano). Gratuito para voluntarios, rainvows, congos, padrinos y madrinas del Día Uno.

Celebrate with a bonfire until 10pm.

Representing the Hopi have a group of friends Rainvow, warriors and warriors of the rainbow, who already went over here by land from Canada and Brazil.

Saturday and Sunday optional yoga workshop for the soul of the Earth.

Suggested donation: $50 (the entry will be used to bring Tukano Alvaro Costa Rica).
