Physical, psychological and mental health require that we nurture and develop both.
For the past 3,000 years or so the feminine—in culture, in religion, and within individuals —has been relegated to a secondary place, and we are experiencing the effects of this imbalance within ourselves and in our world as our denigration of our planet—a feminine energy—threatens our survival.
This program is designed to awaken, nurture and honor the inner feminine, through yoga postures organized around Chandra Namaskar, the Moon Salutation, and guided meditations that will help to explore the inner feminine landscape and empower this perhaps neglected aspect of being.
A light vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion.
We always try to carpool so please let us know if you need a ride or are willing to offer one.
