If so, how long did it take and what was the lawsuit (I'm not interested in what a LAWYER TOLD you the process/success rate is since what they say is not always reality in Costa Rica)?
Has anyone filed a Medical Malpractice Suit or any lawsuit and not win and/or how long did it take to go to court?
Is there a Statute of Limitations on Lawsuits in Costa Rica?
The issue is the person is claiming something happened to them beauty wise and they've refused the options the person gave them numerous solutions (NOT the $$ that's being demanded) to what this person CLAIMS happened to them (yet no one that's seen the the person that some have talked to have not noticed the damage).
How does Costa Rica look on people that file lots of lawsuits against people (is a "perpetual victim" or - threaten people with lawsuits to get money from them?
Is evidence (from a U.S. detective) that the person has a history of such action in the U.S. (as well as former damage in the area) admissible in Costa Rica?

I'd love any lawyer contacts for BOTH sides (an aggressive lawyer that has little tolerance for frivolous lawsuits as well as an aggressive lawyer for the person claiming something happened to them) as I know people on both ends of this issue.
