LACK OF SIGNAGE!!!
MALL MAPS
Even at the MultiPlaza-Oeste•West Mall - THE LARGEST mall in Costa Rica - which has in the past couple years MEGA expanded, been renovated, hence MANY businesses•stores•banks•restaurants have moved around - their signage at the entrance shows a map and it shows the name of each store in it's location and it shows the type of store by color coding - BUT . . . . there's NO ALPHABETICAL LISTING of ALL the businesses so you can actually FIND the business YOU'RE looking for with EASE (or without spending 15 minutes of YOUR valuable time looking store by store).
When we stopped and asked MANY workers (like maintenance people) they claimed to have no clue!
GRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
CHALLENGES IT POTENTIALLY CREATES:
YOU the consumer waste your time wandering aimlessly (hmmmm - JUST realized - that's a SMART MARKETING tool for them because you end up wandering the mall aimlessly looking all over - hence finding more stores to go into and spend your money!!! Well WISE of THEM - for the STORES - but NOT for the consumer!!)
POSSIBLY REMEDY
Make a List of ALL the businesses in ALPHABETICAL ORDER!!!
