I (Vicki Skinner - aka "THE Sarong Goddess") created this blog in 2007 to share DETAILED Finds•Lists•Info•Events•Experiences to help bring more EASE to people living in, visiting or thinking of moving to Costa Rica since DETAILS are NOT easy to find!
I’m NOT an expert (an "expert" 2 ME knows 101%-NOT me). I believe in sharin info•helping where I can! And with over 2,200 entries, so some things might be out of date, so if you find old info PLEASE help each other by getting the updated info & sharing it with me to revise. At least you have some basic info to get you started.

April 20 - Día de Yoga, Devoción y Música - Casa de Piedra

Día de Yoga, Devoción y Música
Saturday  -  April 20, 2013  -  9am until 4pm

Where:
Escazu, Costa Rica
Casa de Piedra
700 meters sur de la esquina noreste de la Iglesia de San Miguel de Escazú (semáforo), carretera hacia San Antonio de Escazú. Entrada privada a mano derecha con columnas de piedra.
   
Venga y comparta un día entero con Ahalya y Dada Mukteshananda lleno de actividades:


9-9:30am  -  Introducción al Yoga y la Meditación
9:30-11am  -  Yoga
11am-12pm/noon  -  Charla
12pm/noon-2pm  -  Almuerzo vegetariano
2-3pm  -  Charla: La música devocional, los mantras, los chakras y el simbolismo hindú
3-4pm  -  Cantos devocionales y meditación

Costo:
30,000 colones por persona
Si cancela antes del 15 de abril reciba un descuento de 5,000 colones.

Traer:
Ropa cómoda y mat para yoga, cuaderno y lapicero para notas

Incluye:
Almuerzo y actividades
