During a game is THE BEST TIME to do things like go to the hardware store, the bank, the market, take a bus, ride one of the trains, go to a popular tourist destination, etc. as the streets are BARE!!!
It's NOT a good time to get a taxi as they're off watching the game so taxi's are few and far between then - and MANY are drinking then also so be forewarned!!
