NOTE: I (Vicki Skinner)was one of the first travel agencies to promote Puerto Vallarta, Mexico as a Gay Destination (company was called Doin it Right in Puerto Vallarta - promoting gay hotels and privately owned condos and villas [at first all were gay-owned]) and received numerous awards for what I did with Marketing and Tourism Development. I am NOT looking at doing that here (there aren't enough businesses, restaurants, hotels, etc. TO promote it that way yet as what makes a destination a gay destination has to do with the amount of activities and businesses that welcome them) - just gathering information FOR the MANY gay people that come to Costa Rica wanting to support people that support them as much as possible.
"Gay" is a non-gender/ALL-inclusive word to me that doesn't make for more separation.
