WOW!! I think this is one of THE HARDEST Lists to make as MOST places don't even know if they're doing a Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Dinner till days before. Also, MANY that have done them in the past don't seem to be having Christmas Dinner this year (2012. Most have said last year wasn't as successful and at least Traditional Christmas Dinner's are EXPENSIVE to make in Costa Rica!!).
So here's what I've compiled - though I'm adding a few more on Monday by around noon!!

My friend Sunra shared of her experience there: "They had tons of different things, all the traditional things, very good, loads of appetizers, etc, soups, prime beef, turkey, chicken, shrimp cocktail, lots of veggies, mussels, cheeses, etc, etc, and tiny deserts, specialties, but all kinds of choices - all cooked in wonderful ways. It was a buffet.
