MANY animal freak out from Fireworks and in Costa Rica - they go off throughout the WHOLE MONTH of December - ESPECIALLY Christmas Eve AT MIDNIGHT (and later) and of course New Years Eve at Midnight!

WHAT IS
Joanna's Cocina EclecTica?
It is a REALLY UNIQUE space where Joanna loves to show•teach her "friends" (old & new) about unique was of creating incredibly tasty morsels where she often pairs flavors you'd never think of, using doTerra therapeutic grade Essential Oils, etc.
They're kind of like "Bocas" but not as small (usually, some higher priced to make items may be smaller) - Hors d'oeuvres - on smaller plates.
Cocina EclecTica is not a "restaurant".
The presentation is kind of like Dim Sum where she prepares and brings the dishes•courses out to all the guests at the same time (note that it's ok to say no to something).
It’s a VERY UNIQUE & VERY TASTY EXPERIENCE!!
(HINT: Any time you come hang out at Cocina EclecTica, plan on being there for AT LEAST 1-1/2-2+ hours for the full “experience”!)
